Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 7 days or more before your scheduled arrival date will result in a $10.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 6 days or less will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. 

Race Week is $100 NON refundable deposit. Canceling your race week reservation will result in a refund of payment less $100 up until 30 days before race week starts. 29 days or less you lose theentire race week payment.
