To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required, and an amount equal to the first night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking. Any refunds will be processed to the same card used for the reservation and issued within 7 business days of the request. Please note that cash refunds are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
A refundable $250 security deposit is required when booking a 28-day stay. This deposit helps cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning during your visit. If no issues are found during the check-out inspection, the full deposit will be returned within 7 days. Should any deductions be necessary, an itemized list will be shared with you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Camp credit is valid for 1 year from the time of cancellation.
