Refund Policy

Cancellations made up to 10 days before arrival will be issued a refund, less a $25 processing fee.  Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival will be issued Camp Credit minus $25 processing fee that is valid within one year of the cancellation date. To redeem Camp Credit, guests must re-book directly with the Greek Peak Campground at Hope Lake, either via emailing campground@greekpeakmtnresort.com or by calling (866) 376-3907.

Camping is an outdoor experience. Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. There are no refunds for early departures. Camp Credit is money reserved on the guests’ account that can be used towards a future stay within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued.  All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, except when Camp Credit is issued for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival.
