Check-in time 3-5 PM

Check-out time 2 Pm for RV's and 11 AM for lodging guests.

Please note late checkouts are subject to a $20 charge. 
cabins must be cleaned and dishes washed and put away.

Used bedding sheets must be stripped and left on bed in a pile. 
ThankYou for your attention in cleanup detail.

 

Alcohol must be strictly contained to your site.

Dogs are free to swim on the far side of the lake, please no dogs on beach if you can help it.

Quiet time is 10 PM, music turned down. Return to the confines of your site after 11:30PM. You must notify managment and have approval of any deviation from this policy.

Green Valley RV and Cabins are not liable for any damages or injuries that happen while on our grounds. However we are here to help keep safe and help in any way we can. 

Be aware this is a country property and there may be poison ivy or other hasardous plants - sharp objects onsite.

Please use caution at the beach as there is no lifeguard on duty. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult at the water, no exceptions.

Drones are allowed in the open area over the water. Descretion on taking video must be taken.

RC boats are allowed with descretion and respect to swimmers.

No smoking on beach. All ciggerette butts must be disposed of properly.

Sheds that are 10' x 10' or larger are subject to $0.35/sf Taxes 

Decks that are 10' x 10' or larger are subject to $0.45/sf Taxes

All units in the campground must have MPI or other insurance on their trailers in case of any mishap. Licence plates must be displayed in view of the tax assessor to avoid being assessed for tax. Green Valley RV and Cabins will not be held liable for wind storms or tornados that may occur and cause damage to your property. Storage sheds should be securely fastened to the ground or weighted.

Any additional Taxes will be individually assessed by the municiple tax assessor and attached as an extra charge on the invoice.

Two Cars per site, more cars must park in over flow parking at campground entrance. Do not block any part of the roadway.

Speed Limit inside the campground is 25km/hr.

Motorized side by sides are reserved for park personel only.

Pet owners bear the full responsibility for their animals and their conduct, you must clean up after your pets.

Wifi is available at the club house and is considered complimentary and not provided as a service.

Extra sleeping tents are permitted with managment approval.

Firewood must be locally sourced in southeastern manitoba.

Fires must be put out if not attended.

One week notice must be provided for fireworks..

You must have your own surge protectors and water pressure regulators, Green Valley RV and Cabins will not be held liable for any power surges or water damage

In light of a power failure or flipped breaker please be advised, Green Valley RV and Cabins will not be held liable for any damages or food in fridges or damage to trailers etc.

Campers are responsible for site maintenance and weed control and will be held to a high standard. Weed control can be arranged by camp managment at a cost of $50 per application. 

Services such as moving sheds or trailers that require equipment and time in excess of 5 minutes is a minimum $40 charge with the exception of spreading limestone or cleaning up a fallen tree.

Over four person occupancy is subject to extra charges per night. Please, no excessive use of site.

Sale of a site must be approved by Managment. Managment retains the right to refuse sale of a site to a buyer.

If a trailer is over 10 years of age, we may ask you to upgrade to a newer unit.

No decks made out of wood pallets.

A purchased or properly built storage area is required for firewood.

Gazebos and decks must be approved by managment prior to setup. Maximium 99 square feet.

Brown or green pressure treated wood must be used for decks, please no painted decks.

Seasonals may not sublet their sites. Any person who is visiting with a trailer or tent must book a site and accept terms and conditions.

Seasonal Sites who leave their site mid season may not sub lease and they forfit their seasonal fee and managment retains the right to lease out a new tenant to that site.

$500 Seasonal Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
