Terms & Conditions

1. Through your reservation and paying your space rental fee you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines of Greers Ferry RV

2. All RV's must not be older than 20 years and in good repair in appearance.

3. All RVs must have holding tanks for gray and black water.

4.  Quiet time is from 10:00 PM till 8:00 AM.

5. Each campsite may have one RV, one car, one boat or RV with two cars in their allotted RV space.

6. No guns allowed outside your RV or vehicle includes BB, pellet, air guns.

7. Pets are allowed but please keep them on a leash. Please also don't tie them up to a tree or your RV then leave them.  Pick up your pet droppings as no one wants to step in waste.

8. Charcoal grills are allowed but please be responsible and extinguish your fire when finished with grill.

9. Due to insurance requirements all pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Excessive barking will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

10. Parking -we can accommodate boats pontoons for extra parking just not in the same space as the RV additional parking on West End of parking lot

11. Electrical-, You are responsible for knowing how many amps your RV uses.  Over the 50 amps provided can trip your breakers. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical panels pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. If you’re having electrical issues call park manager -Theresa Jones 501 350 1836

12. Trash- trash receptacles are located around the park and dumpster is at West End of park please clean your trash and deposit into receptacles. If you notice a receptacle is full, please be kind and empty into dumpster.

13. No clotheslines allowed in park

14. No drones allowed in park

15. No chemicals allowed in park.

16. No fireworks allowed in park.

17. Speed limit 5 miles an hour in park.

18. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury by themselves their children and or pets.

19. Guests assume all risk associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold park harmless from an indemnify part against the same.

20. Park is not responsible for personal injury or damage loss or theft of any individual property or vehicle.

21. We reserve the right to evict any persons who do not follow the rules and policies.

22. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guest whose vehicle or RV is deemed to be unacceptable.

23. Maintenance on vehicle or RV is not allowed on property

24. Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited.

25. We adhere to all state community and local laws.

26. This is a family park profanity or violence towards other guests or staff will get you get banned from Greers Ferry RV with no refunds

27. Loud or objectionable music will not be tolerated at any time.

28. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted by the owner from park.

Reminder

This is Arkansas-we do have snakes, spiders, ticks, chiggers, black bears, skunks, possums, raccoons and yes even mountain lions. Please be aware of your surroundings at all times park is not responsible for injuries of guests due to animals, Mother Nature, fires, storms etc…
