PARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Check-In begins at 1:00pm and Check-Out time is 11:00am.
- Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy.
- All reservations are subject to site change. No specific site is guaranteed.
- Monthly rates are based on 30 days; weekly rates are based on 7 days.
- Reservations made for less than one week must be paid in full and are non-refundable.
- Monthly Site Fees: All monthly site fees are due on the 1st of each month. Site fees not received by the 5th of the month will be charged an additional $5 per day late fee. Additional resort fees e.g. utilities, internet and/or storage, may billed monthly in addition to the monthly site rent.
- Reservation dates are strictly enforced. You must call the office and advise of any changes in arrival and/or departure dates.
- Site will be forfeited the day after due in date unless arrangements have been made with the office.
- A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any returned checks.
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund.
- No refunds will be given for early departures.
- We reserve the right to change our rates as of May 1st every year.
- Effective June 1, 2024, we will impose a 3.5% surcharge on the transaction amount on Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card products, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit cards or direct ACH withdrawals.
- Overnight guests must be registered with the Office and are subject to a fee (see Rate Sheet). No family members or friends may use a camper's trailer or our facilities unless the owner of the unit is present.
- Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Sites may only have 1 camper and a maximum of 2 vehicles/trailers/boats. Tarp coverings must not be worn or frayed.
- Park only on your assigned site. Respect your neighbor.
- Children must be accompanied and have adult supervision at all times. No exceptions. Parents or the responsible guardian will be accountable for their child's actions. Children must be registered with the office.
- Drive carefully, watching for people and pets. Speed limit of 10 MPH is strictly enforced.
- Drivers of all golf carts must have a valid driver's license and be insured. Golf carts must stay on roads.
- Bicycles must stay on roads.
- Skateboards, motorized scooters, 4-wheelers and side-by-sides are prohibited.
- No motorcycles allowed, except for entry into and out of the park. This includes noisy mopeds.
- Tents and sleeping outside of camper is prohibited.
- No freestanding satellite dishes are permitted in front of campers.
- No personal business may be run from any site in the campground.
- County Ordinance prohibits campfires, fireworks, firearms and dumping of waste water on the ground.
- No offensive signs or banners.
- Clotheslines are not permitted except under awnings.
- Please do not deface our trees.
- Vehicle repair of any kind is not permitted in the park.
- Mail is available as a courtesy at the office during office hours only. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/mail.
- Service fee will be charged to repair damage to water lines, electric meter posts, etc., caused by camper negligence.
- No smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in any resort building or pool area. Please do not throw cigarettes on the ground.
- Respect your neighbors' privacy and space. Do not drive, walk on, or pass through the site of another guest.
- Lots must be kept neat and tidy!
- Grass is cut by park only where a 60" mower will fit and within 1 foot of unit.
- Watering subject to local restrictions. No irrigation systems or sprinklers, hand watering only.
- Do not leave garbage outside. Keep our park clean!
- Please bag and tie your garbage in a plastic bag and take to our dumpsters, which are located near the non-pool bathouse located on the northeast side of the park. Please flatten all boxes, milk cartons, etc. No furniture, appliances, large objects, mattresses, carpets, etc. are allowed in the dumpsters.
- Once a month, there will be a designated day when you may be asked to move all your personal items from the grass to the concrete pad on your site to allow for grass mowing and weed eating.
- Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as, but not limited to, disrepect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guideline. No refunds will be given.
- Campers will be given one written warning for violation of park rule. If violations continue, you will be asked to leave the park immediately. No refund will be given if you are expelled from the park.
- Resort management, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any RV or require removal of any RV from the property due to condition. Unlicensed or inoperable RV's are expressly prohibited and can be towed or removed at the vehicle operator/owners expense.
PET RULES
- 2 pets per unit maximum.
- While pets are welcome, they are your responsibility. They must be kept on a leash at all times and are not be be left unattended. Please keep your pet quiet and clean up after your pet.
- All pets must have their shots and health certificates up to date. Proof may be required.
- We will not accept any breed of dog deemed dangerous according to our insurers. No breeds or mixes of Rottweilers or Pitbulls allowed.
- Animals that exhibit aggressive behavior are not allowed in the park.
- Guests with uncontrollable or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave.
- Uncontrolled barking will not be accepted.
- Anyone walking a pet is required to pick up after their pet.
- Pets are not allowed in restrooms, pool area, clubhouse or laundry facilities.
POOL RULES
- Swimming is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- Pool area is open to our guests during daylight hours only. This is strictly enforced.
- All children under 18 years of age and those who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult inside the pool fence at all times - no exceptions.
- Proper swim attire must be worn.
- Children in diapers must be wearing swim diapers.
- No horseplay or jumping in the pool, or excessive spashing.
- No running or diving is allowed.
- Pets, glass containers and food are not allowed in the pool area.
- No loud music.
- Please abide by all posted pool rules.
