  1. No damage to property, including the RV, site, and any resort facilities.
  2. All electricity charges are paid in full.
  3. All rent payments are fully settled.

Damage and Repairs:

  • Any damage, whether intentional, due to non-normal usage, or accidental, will require repairs. In such cases, your deposit will be used to cover the full cost of the repairs.
