Hagerman RV Village

PAYMENT All nightly and weekly reservations require payment in full at the time of reservation. Monthly reservations require a deposit of $200.  Monthly reservations will pay on the date that you checked in every month.  Personal checks are not accepted at check-in, You must have a credit card on file.

Monthly Stays: For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by giving the other party ten (10) days’ notice pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-341(B).  Landlord may terminate this Agreement without notice in the event of Tenant’s failure to pay rent or for criminal conduct of any member of Tenant’s household or conduct in violation of the Crime Free Addendum, or for violation of Landlord’s Rules and Regulations.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Cabins Check-In Time: 3 P.M. Check-Out Time: 11 A.M.

RV spaces Check-In Time: 12 P.M. Check-Out Time: 11 A.M.

If you want a late check out, please got to the office to make arrangements. Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their deposit.

SITE LOCATIONS All site numbers are subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid with your reservation. Dining canopy tents are permitted. Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris prior to departure. Additional charges may result for sites requiring additional cleaning.

VISITORS Campers are responsible for their visitors. Visitors may stay overnight following their day access as long as the site does not exceed the maximum occupants.

AMENITIES & FACILITIES We encourage you to visit the individual property website for specific information and dates relating to on-site amenity closures and other property specific information. Amenities may have limited hours but are usually open 24/7. We reserve the right to close any facilities at our discretion without prior notice. Please refer to posted rules and regulations throughout the property for additional information on our amenities. 

GENERAL RULES

QUIET HOURS Our quiet time is from 10pm to 7 am. on weekends, 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. weekdays, but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day. During quiet hours, there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed. The use of generators are not permitted on the property. We do enforce a curfew - anyone under 18 years of age may not leave their site or rental after 11 p.m. unless it is to and from restroom facilities accompanied by an adult.

RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR Please be considerate of your neighbors' privacy and space. Do not walk on, or pass through the site of another guest. Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. Offensive or intolerant language and actions will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking and evict any guest, without refund, for failure to comply with these rules and/or staff's request for you to remove the display of any offensive visuals or symbols.

SMOKING & ALCOHOL There is no smoking allowed in vacation or cottage rentals, restroom and shower facilities, indoor facilities, common areas, or any outdoor amenities. Smoking is allowed on your own site as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

SITE SAFETY "Propane" fire pits or smokeless only and are permitted. Never leave a fire unattended. County bans may occur and will be posted at the office. Any chemicals or toxic materials must remain locked up at all times, or safely removed from the access of children or animals.There will be No working on vehicles in your site, no major repairs allowed at all. Minor quick repairs may be done to get your vehicle started, all must be authorized by the manager

PETS We are a pet-friendly resort but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and that NO pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site. There is a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. Cabin reservations have an $8/Day and $35/Month Fee Per Pet. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets, dangerous breeds to include Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Wolf, Pit Bulls and hybrids of those are not allowed on the property.. Management's decision as to whether any pet is a dangerous breed is final and conclusive. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process.

GARBAGE  Any garbage is to be put in the designated areas, garbage bins are located at the front of the park on each end.

SEWER HOOKUP All sewer hoses must be undamaged, and sewer connections must be tight.

WASTE WATER The discharge of any waste water other than in the sewage hook up is strictly prohibited. Formaldehyde products are not permitted.

WATER CONNECTIONS You are responsible for making sure your water connection does not freeze in the winter.  Please ensure that your hydrant is heat taped and wrapped well with insulation to keep it from freezing, and you will need a heated hose on your water line. You also need to place a large garbage can over the hydrant to protect it from freezing winds.  You will be liable for any damages to our property if you are negligent in preparing for freezing temperatures. If you do not have the heat tape and a heated hose, hook up the hose, turn on the water, fill your tank, then turn off the water and unhook the hose, to prevent freezing up. We may have to shut off your hydrant and loosened up your hose to keep the hydrant from freezing, so you will have to check it before turning on the water.

PARKING & RESORT ROADS Two vehicles, inclusive of one RV, are included with each reservation as determined by Management and as space allows. Additional vehicles are $10 per day and subject to availability of parking in designated areas. All vehicles must have a parking pass from the office upon check-in. Please ensure your guest tag is visible at all times with your proper departure date. Towing is enforced at the guest’s expense. All guests must stay within resort property boundaries. No trespassing on neighboring land is permitted. Cabins have a parking space directly in front of their cabin, please park as close to the cabin as you can due to RVs coming around corners. If there is more than one vehicle contact the management and they will show you where extra parking is available.

SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH THROUGHOUT THE PARK. Please obey posted speed limits on property. Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without refund.

TRANSPORTATION Non-motorized skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates and bicycles are permitted to be utilized as long as they are done so in a safe and quiet manner. Motorized items such as drones, motorbikes, hover boards and similar motorized recreational items are prohibited. Don't forget your bike helmet. In addition to following local regulations, we recommend that all riders wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. Bike riders must obey the same rules of the road as a motor vehicle. When operating a bike after sunset, you must have a light on both the front and back of the bike. 

FIREWORKS The use of fireworks, including sparklers and explosives of any kind, are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks may result in removal from the property without refund. Contact Management to see if there is a space where fireworks are allowed.

FIREARMS & WEAPONS Guests must obey all federal, state and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas in this park. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.

GENERAL CONDUCT & REMOVAL Guests are required at all times to comply with all rules and regulations posted at the property as well as directions of the resort team. We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of these rules and regulations from the resort with no refund.
