Reservation/Cancelation Policies

-A down payment of $30 is required to hold your reservation. 

-Once your reservation is made, please contact us at 580-763-0240 if you need to cancel. Cancelations made more than 48 hours prior to time of arrival will be refunded, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancelations made less than 48 hours will not be refunded. If you must leave early, you will not be refunded.

-Check-in time is between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. Should you need to arrive outside of that time frame, please call to make arrangements. Late night arrivals must check in by 10:00am. 

-Check out is at 12:00pm

-Guests are responsible for all electric usage during their stay. Any unpaid balance will be billed to the guests credit card, up to 10 days after check out.
