Cancellation Policy

All reservations at Happy Acres Kampground are final and non-refundable. By booking a stay with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds - We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, personal emergencies, change of plans, or early departures.

2. Reservation Modifications - Changes to reservation dates may be allowed at least 10 days in advance, based on availability, and may be subject to additional fees.

3. No-Show Policy - If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and your site may be released without a refund.

4. Weather & Acts of Nature - Camping is an outdoor experience, and we do not offer refunds due to weather conditions or natural events.

5. Eviction Policy – Campers who fail to follow campground rules and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
