Terms & Conditions

By booking a campsite through CampSpot, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Reservations & Payments
   -Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
   -Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed reservations will be honored at the booked rate.
   -Additional fees may apply for extra guests or amenities.
   -There is a 3-night minimum stay requirement for holiday weekends including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   -No Refunds: All reservations are final, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations, early departures, or no-shows.
   -Rescheduling: Date changes may be allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival. Reservations can only be rescheduled once per season.
3. Check-In & Check-Out Policies
   -Check-in & Check-out time is at 12:00pm Noon
   -Late check-out may be subject to additional fees and must be approved in advance.
4. Campground Rules & Regulations
   -Guests must follow all campground rules, including quiet hours 10pm-8am, pet policies, and fire safety regulations. Minors must return to their campsite by 10:00pm and all children under the age of 13 must always be supervised by an adult.
   -Due to our concern for the safety of children in the park, NO guard dogs of any kind are allowed such as Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, Pitbulls, or German Shepherds.
   -Failure to comply with the rules may result in eviction without a refund.
   -The registered guest is responsible for all individuals in their party.
5. Weather & Acts of Nature
   -Camping is an outdoor experience, and no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather conditions or natural events.
   -In the case of an emergency closure by local authorities, a credit for a future stay may be issued at the campground’s discretion.
6. Liability & Responsibility
   -Guests assume all risks associated with outdoor camping. Happy Acres Kampground is NOT responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
   -By competing a booking, guests waive any claims against Happy Acres Kampground related to their stay.
7. Code of Conduct
   -Guests must have respectful behavior towards fellow campers and campground staff.
   -Guests agree not to engage in disruptive or illegal activities.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
   -Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
9. Policy Acknowledgement
   By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Happy Acres Kampground reserves the right to update policies as needed.
10. Cabin Rental Unit Agreement
    In consideration of the covenants herein Lessor Happy Acres Kampground does agree to the undersigned. The guest of the unit described herein, is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth on the face of this agreement. The guest agrees said unit will be left in the same condition as when entered. The guest will pay overtime if not vacated by 12:00pm on date of check out in the amount of $10.00 per hour for each additional hour. Guest accepts responsibility for care and operation of the unit and accepts its conditions on first date of reservation. Guest agrees to not have any pets with them in, around, or on site, while renting the unit. Guest agrees to supply their own linens and/or blankets while occupying the unit. Guest will not smoke in cabin unit. Guest will surrender $50 security deposit if any items or property are broken or missing.
