Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require advance notice and are subject to cancellation fees, because your reservation means we may have turned other guests away.
No Refunds for early departure or adverse weather.
If you are unable to honor your reservation, call us and cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
A $30.00 cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made in accordance with this policy.
Cancellations made after the 48 hour deadline or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Sturgis Motor Cycle Rally:

Cancellations before May 31, 2024 are subject to $50.00 Cancel Fee.
NO Cancellations after May 31, 2024.
