Harbor Cove RV Resort reserves the right to inspect all sites and refuse service to anyone.

Check-In Time is from 1pm-6pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday Check in is from NOON-3pm Check-Out time is NOON. Guest will recieve 2 car passes per site upon arrival. This is for your protection so that management will recognize when unauthroized vehicles are on premises. Car passes must be displayed on your vehicle. You will be given a gate code upon arrival, Please do not share this code with anyone. Speed Limit within Harbor Cove RV Resort is 5 mph. This is heavily enforced and failure to follow the speed limit can result in your reservation being terminated. The reapirs (Other then minor repairs) of vehicles is not allowed in the resort. Guest without a current driver's license may not operate ANY motorized vehicles in the RV Resort.

Guest is responsible for placing Rv,Camper,Fifth Wheel, on site. Guest will keep lot neat, and the exterior of his/her RV in good repair. Only lawn furniture outside (No Couches, Recliners, Etc) No garbage or misc. items are to be left outside. Harbor Cove RV Resort will trim and mow the lawn at your site. Site improvements for seasonal guest such as planting of flowers are allowed at guest expense, but must be approved by Harbor Cove RV Resort. Clothesline are not allowed.

All sites are gravel you are expected with rain to have some flooding and mud. Only seasonal sites have concrete. Each site does have a grassy area which is mowed weekly.

Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 7am and will be strictly enforced. Please be considerate to other people staying at Harbor CoveRV Resort and respect the privacy of other guests.

All visitors must register at the office and recieve a car pass prior to admittance. A Visitor pass is $5.00 per visit. Visitors will need to park in the over flow parking area, Failure to do so can resullt in vehicle being towed at owners exspense.

Pets are allowed. 2 Pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after and not left unattended at sites. If your animal displays dangerous behaviors you will be asked to remove your animal and/or leave the resort. Barking dogs will not be tolerated. No pets, except for service animals, are allowed in beach area. Pets must be kept inside at night,

RV, Campers, and Fifth Wheels must remain portable in the event hat it must be removed off site for maintence purposes. RVS, CAmpers, and Fifth Wheels must be no more then 20 years old unless approved by Harbor Cove RV Resort management.

Sheds will be provided to Seasonal Campers at the rate of $600.00 per season. All sheds will look alike in uniform and there are no outside buildings allowed on premises.

No Fireworks are allowed on property and no firing of any waepon of any kind is allowed.

Trash is to be places at the end of your site and next to the road by NOON for pickup. Please have garbage in garbage bags and tied up. No large boxes or unbagged garabge will be allowed.

Dumpsters are provided for guest. Please make sure garbage is in bags and tied and please no large items or boxes. If caught throwing away big itesm and boxes you will be fined.

Our beach/swim area is for registered guest and their visitors only. Hours are from 9a.m. to 8p.m. There is no life guard on duty so swim at own risk. Children under 13 years of age must be surpervised by an adult of atleast 18 years of age or older. Children who are no potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no food or drinks or glass containers allowed at the beach area. Fishing in the beach area is catch and release only. Please be vigilent of others swimming and fishing.

Alcohol is permitted only at your camp site. Excessive use will not be tolerated. Underage drinking and/or drug use will be reported to law enforcement and offenders will be banned from the park. We reserve the right to remove you from your site without any refund. Smokers must dispose of cigarette butts in trash containers. No Smoking in or around any Harbor Cove RV Resort structure such as camp store, bath house, etc.

Golf Carts are allowed ( one per site) Only drivers of 16 years of age with a valid driver license is allowed to drive golf carts. NO CHILDREN are to be driving golf carts. Failure to follow this rule may result in departure of park. No off road travel is allowed. No ATVS or mopeds. Electric scooters, bicycles, and roller blades are allowed and may be used during daylight hours only. They cannot be used on basketball court or pickelball court.

Campfires are permitted in the fire rings only. DO NOT MOVE Fire rings. DO NOT leave fires unattended. Extinguish fire before retiring. Please do not put trash in fire rings. DO NOT burn any items containing nails or staples/ NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD IS PERMITTED ON PREMISE.

There is to be ONLY 2 VEHICLES AT EACH SITE! Any other vehicle needs to be parked in the overflow parking. Failure to do so will result in termination and removal from Harbor Cove RV Resort.

There is only to be the people who is on your contract staying with you on your site! No long term visitors! There is no subleasing allowed in the park! Failure to follow this rule will result in immeidate removal of Harbor Cove RV Resort.
