Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations less than 60 days, but at least 30 days from the scheduled date of arrival, will have a 50% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival, a full refund will be given. All cancelations will have a $25.00 cancelation fee assesed to each canceled reservation.

REFUND POLICY

Any refund issued can take up to 10 business days to reflect on the original form of payment.
