Cancellation Policy
At Harmony Acres, we understand that plans change and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, please note that our operating seasons is limited, and therefore, we have a strict cancellation policy in place.
Disclaimer: Please be advised that even in cases of emergency, we are unable to offer special refunds outside of our policy, including but not limited to weather, health, mechanical, fire bans, travel changes, or COVID-related cancellations.
You can make a cancellation through our online portal or by calling the main office. For all cancellations, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. If you have any special circumstances, please call us to discuss. Management reserves the right to approve refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any cancellations made after arrival or for no-shows. If you do not show up without giving us prior notice, we will release your reserved site. Additionally, there are no refunds for early departures.
For all site types, cancellations made 91 or more days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund for your site, less the booking surcharge of $9.95.
Tent / RV Sites:
For cancellations made 0 to 14 days before your arrival date, there will be no refund.
For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before your arrival date, you will be charged for a single night, and the remaining balance will be credited to your account for future use.
For cancellations made 31 to 90 days before your arrival date, you will be charged for a single night, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Group Sites and Cabins:
As our group sites and cabins are limited and more popular, the cancellation policy for these types of stays is stricter.
For group site stays of 5 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required and this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 60 days' notice prior to arrival.
For cancellations made 0 to 30 days before your arrival date, there will be no refund.
For cancellations made 31 to 90 days before your arrival date, you will be charged for a single night, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Add-Ons and Online Store Purchases:
In the event of a cancellation prior to arrival containing add-ons, a $3 booking fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.
For cancellation prior to arrival with online store purchases, you will receive a full refund.
