Online Booking Refund Policy

Please see Cancellation policy for refund details. All refunds will be processed to original method of payment. Refund will take 7-10 days depending on your bank to be posted. Please contact the main office if you experience any issues. 

Campground Store Refund Policy

At Harmony Acres Campground we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our guests. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item purchased from our campground store. To ensure a fair and straightforward process, we have established the following refund policy.

Eligible items:

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Food items and perishable goods are not eligible for refund.
  • Wood and Ice are not eligible for refund.

Time limit:

  • Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Receipts must be presented for all refund requests.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be given for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  • Special order items are non-refundable.

Process:

  • To request a refund, please bring the item and receipt to the campground store.
  •  Our staff will review the item and determine if it is eligible for a refund.
  •  If the item is eligible, the refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
