Hartt Island RV Resort 

• Season Dates – The 2025 camping season runs from May 16 to October 20. Our waterpark will be open from June 11 to September 7.
• Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Payment & Reservations – A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% will be automatically billed 14 days before check-in. Reservations are encouraged, especially for weekends and holidays. While specific campsites may be requested, they are not guaranteed unless you pay the applicable lock fee. Without the lock fee, you are guaranteed your selected site type but not a specific site number.
• Minimum Stay Requirements – During peak season, there is a two-night minimum stay on weekends. A three-night minimum stay is required for all sites except pull-thru sites on NB Day weekend.   
• Amenities – Registered campers receive access to the mini golf course and waterpark at a discounted rate of $10 per person per day, with children 2 and under admitted for free. If you plan to use these amenities, please opt in at the time of booking, as they are not included with your campsite. Wristbands are required for all guests in and around the pool and mini golf areas. Wristband colors change daily and will be checked upon entry.
• Site Limits – Campsite rates are based on four people aged three and older, with a maximum occupancy of six people and one camping unit per site. Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the site.
• Vehicles & Speed Limit – All vehicles must fit within the designated campsite, and overflow parking is available at no extra cost if needed. The speed limit throughout the campground is 10 km/h to ensure the safety of all guests, especially children.
• Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, noise and bright lights should be kept to a minimum out of respect for other campers.
• Pet Policy – Hartt Island is a pet-friendly campground. Pets must always be kept on a leash, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Aggressive dogs and excessive barking are not allowed. Pets should not be left unattended inside or outside for extended periods.
• Waterpark – The waterpark is open during peak season from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM or dusk, subject to lifeguard discretion. It may close at any time for health and safety reasons. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Swim diapers are required for babies under 2. The green slide is only for children under 42” for safety reasons.
• Mini Golf – The mini golf course is open during office hours, and putters and balls can be picked up at the office. Children must be supervised while playing. Any destructive behavior toward campground property will not be tolerated.
• Campfires – Each campsite includes a fire pit and a picnic table. Firewood is available for purchase at the office for $9 per bundle, and delivery to your site is available upon request. Fires must be controlled and fully extinguished before being left unattended. Fire bans will be posted at the office if necessary.
• Visitors – Campground visitors are welcome but must register at the office and pay the guest fee.
• Cancellations – All cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee. Cancellations must be received at least two weeks before check-in to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made between 4 and 13 days before check-in will be charged one night’s stay. Cancellations with less than four days’ notice will forfeit the full reservation amount. Refunds will not be issued for weather, sickness, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, reservations include a one-time courtesy date change outside the cancellation window.
• Garbage & Recycling – Garbage pickup takes place daily at checkout time. Please use the designated bins for trash and recycling. Plastic and cardboard can be recycled under the shelter by the parking lot. To avoid attracting wildlife, lids should be secured, and coolers should not be left out overnight.
• Children’s Safety – Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the river, pool, mini golf, campfires, and playground areas.
• Boat dock – Due to changes to the shoreline, our dock requires an extension to allow proper flotation. We are working hard to obtain the permit to make this possible as fast as we can.
• Maintenance & Security – If you experience any maintenance or security issues during your stay, please contact the office immediately. Any concerns brought to our attention after check-out will not be considered for refunds.
• Prohibited Activities – Fireworks are not permitted on the campground. Personal golf carts and other motorized recreational vehicles are not allowed. Additionally, washing of vehicles and RVs is not permitted.
• Dumping Station – The dump station is available for all gray, black, and portable tanks. Washing of vehicles and RVs is not permitted.
• Bicycles & Recreational Vehicles – Guests may bring bikes, electric bikes, and electric scooters, but bicycle riding is not allowed after dark. Helmets are required at all times.
• Campground Policies – By staying at Hartt Island RV Resort, guests agree to follow all campground rules. Management reserves the right to remove any person or group that violates park rules or engages in disruptive behavior. Harassment toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in being banned from the premises. Guests are responsible for their actions as well as the actions of their children, pets, and visitors.
• Photography & Media – Hartt Island RV Resort reserves the right to use photos or videos taken on-site for promotional purposes.
• Terms & Conditions – All rates, policies, and terms are subject to change at the discretion of management.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the above rules, policies, and terms. I agree to abide by all Hartt Island RV Resort rules and accept responsibility for ensuring that all members of my party, including children and guests, do the same. I understand that failure to follow these policies may result in my removal from the campground without a refund.

I acknowledge that Hartt Island RV Resort is privately owned and operated. I accept full responsibility for my actions and the actions of all persons registered in my party, including children, guests, and pets. I understand that children under 14 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

I understand that Hartt Island RV Resort’s refund policy varies based on the timing of cancellation and that cancellations made three days or less before arrival are non-refundable.

I also grant Hartt Island RV Resort and its affiliated entities permission to use any photos or videos taken of myself or my party during our stay for promotional purposes.
