Cancellation Policy

If ​Guest cancels more than 30 days in advance you will receive a refund of money. Any reservation canceled less than 30 days in advance will not receive any type of refund. Reservations must be canceled in writing via email at info@hatfieldshideout.com. Because of our strict cancelation policy, we suggest that you purchase travel insurance.
