Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payments must be paid in full at the time of booking. No exceptions.

Any reservation canceled within 2 weeks of the rental date will result in forfeiture of the entire rental fee. No camp credit will be given.

No refunds will be awarded. Any reservation canceled prior to 2 weeks of the rental date will be eligible for camp credit. Credit is available for the same days paid during the same calendar year.

ATTENTION: All cancellations and reservation transfers will be charged a $10 fee. Once you are within two weeks of your rental date, you will be locked into your site. No date transfers will be allowed.


Payment can be made with a credit/debit card

Make checks payable to Vigo County Parks & Recreation Department.

Campspot Service Fee:

Reservations booked on Campspot’s marketplace may be charged a service fee (“Service Fee”) to help cover the cost of secure transactions on the platform. The Service Fee will be refunded in the event a guest (“Guest”) is entitled to a full refund pursuant to the terms of the cancellation policy presented in the listing.
