Refund Policy

If a reservation is cancelled more than 5 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, a full refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee.  For a cancellation of a reservation more than 4 weeks, but less than 5 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, we will issue a 50% refund.  For a cancellation one week or less prior to the arrival date, no refund will be given.

A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before check-in time.
