Heaven In The Hills Campground, Westfield, North Carolina

Welcome to Heaven In The Hills Campground! We are so happy to have you here. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, kindly read over the following rules and guidelines.

 

In our campground we have zero tolerance for rude or disrespectful conduct towards our staff or guests. Any disrespect shown to/on our property, other guests, or staff will result in being asked to leave immediately.  Heaven In The Hills Campground reserves the right to amend rules at any time.

 

 

Check-In Time for all sites is at 2:00 pm.  Please do not arrive at the campground before this time unless you have arranged for an early check-in.

 

Check-Out Time for all sites is at 11:00 am.

 

Late check-out policy:  The office may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. 

 

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.  LED lights/Flood lights that could be considered disturbing to your neighbors must be turned off by 10:00 pm.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:  Many things can happen that require a change in plans and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with a policy that is fair and reasonable.  Please remember camping is an outdoor experience, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

 

  • Cancellations or date changes require 14 days advance notice to receive a full refund or credit voucher, minus service fee.

 

  • Cancellations or date changes 7-13 days prior to reservation will receive a 50% refund, minus service fee.

 

  • Cancellations or date changes less than 7 days prior to reservation will not receive a refund.

 

  • If the site from the cancellation is rebooked, a full refund will be given for those dates.

 

  • Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.

 

  • Management reserves the right to make exceptions in certain circumstances.

 

Visitor Policy:  Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am - 10 pm, but they must first register at the office to receive a parking pass. Please do not block any other campsites with vehicles.

 

Site Occupancy:  There is a maximum of 8 people allowed at each site, which includes guests and registered visitors.  If there are additional guests staying overnight, please advise the office as there is a $10 fee per additional person.

 

Campfires:  No open fires anywhere in the campground.  Fires are only allowed in designated fire rings. Do not leave fires unattended.  Extinguish fires completely before leaving the site or going to bed.  No outside firewood is permitted as to not introduce invasive species to our campground.  Firewood is available to purchase and will be delivered to your campsite. Please do not put any portable grills or other heat sources on the picnic tables.

 

Trash:  Please do not leave any type of trash out overnight.  You may leave trash at the front of your site between 9:00am-4:30pm for pickup. Please keep your site clean and tidy during your stay and do not litter (cigarette butts, wrappers, etc).

 

Trails:  NO walking on trails from dusk until dawn.  Please be cautious while navigating the trails and paths, as they may have uneven surfaces, exposed roots, and other natural obstacles.  No bicycle riding on trails.

 

GENERAL RULES:

 

  • You must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
  • Wi-Fi is a complimentary service, it is not a guarantee.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors at all times, including noise levels. No nuisance, noxious or offensive behavior is permitted.
  • Responsible alcohol use is permitted, though we ask that it be concealed in a cup or with a koozie.  Any alcohol-related offense will result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund. Use of illegal substances will result in immediate eviction from the campground.
  • Campers are responsible for their guests while in the campground. Any damage incurred to any site/facilities will be charged to the campers credit card.
  • Speed limit is 10 mph and is enforced. Please watch out for children, pets and walkers.
  • All children under the age of 16 must return to their site by 10:00 pm. Heaven In The Hills is in a natural wildlife habitat area with many types of wildlife, so please ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times. 
  • Please help us protect our trees and foliage.  Do not cut, remove, prune, or injure live trees or bushes.
  • Generators, camping tents, portable toilets or showers outside of your camper, or any type of camper without hookups are not permitted.
  • Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed. Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
  • Do not hang any item from the trees; such as clotheslines, tarps, dog runs, leashes.
  • Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.  We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
  • No fireworks, firearms or explosives are permitted in the campground.
  • Do not litter. Smokers are to dispose of cigarette butts properly. 
  • Children play at the playground at their own risk.  We require supervision of children and pets at all times.
  • Pets are welcome and must be up-to-date on all vaccinations. All pets are to be on a leash at all times, with the exception of the dog park, per insurance regulations.  Excessive barking, growling or any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in any campground trash cans.
  • We work hard to ensure that our campground is a safe place and reserve the right to interpret our rules.  Campers and visitors who are uncooperative or violate campground rules may be asked to leave without warning or refund.
  • Our campground is a place of inclusiveness welcoming everyone. No banners, signs or displays of a political or offensive nature are allowed at any time. Management reserves the right to ask for any of the above to be removed.

 

 

This is a privately owned property. Guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the activities available at Heaven In The Hills Campground and agree not to hold the Campground owners or any affiliated parties liable for any injuries, damages, or losses. Guests further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Campground owners, or any affiliated parties from any claims or liabilities arising from such risk.

 

Heaven In The Hills Campground and its owners are not responsible for personal injuries sustained by guests, damage to or loss/theft of any guests personal property or vehicles.
