Refund Policy

Cancelation Clause

If cancellation is made 16 days or more in advance you will recieve a full refund.  

If cancellation is made within 15 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will incur a $25 cancellation fee plus $5.00 booking fee per site.

If cancellation is 7-14 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 50% refund.

If cancellation is made 3-6 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 25% refund. Under 3 days you forfeit the entire amount.

For extended stay bookings (30+ days) there is a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the reservation total.
