Terms of Service

We are excited for your stay with us at Henry’s Fork RV Park. Below are the Terms & Conditions of the Park. 

DURING THE CHECK-IN PROCESS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO AGREE AND SIGN OUR WAIVER TO STAY AT OUR CAMPGROUND.

• CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT Check in after 1:00 PM Mountain Time.  Check out is 11 am Mountain Time.
• If availability will allow we can accommodate late check-outs for $25 – However, this is dependent on whether your site is scheduled to be occupied.  Please check with the on-site manager to see if your are eligible.

GUEST FEES - Two adults and up to 4 children under 18 years old are included in the nightly charge. Please note when reserving a site that we charge $3 per day for each additional guest over the two adults and 4 children per site. Only one vehicle and one RV are permitted per site (for guest parking see VEHICLE policy below). If you would like to guarantee a specific site number for your stay, we require a Non-Refundable Lock Fee of $35.00. There is a maximum of 10 guests per campsite total.

VEHICLE As we like to keep roadways clear in case of emergency, please see the map if you need additional parking (a limited number of spots in front of clubhouse are available for guests). Please do not park on the roadways or in any manner that protrudes out into a roadway. Only one vehicle and one RV are permitted per site.

QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. All music to be always kept at reasonable levels and turned off at 10:00pm. Campers with complaints about noise levels should contact office at location or call 208-281-7212 or 911 for emergencies. We ask that you turn off all exterior lighting at this time.

GENERATOR use is not allowed on site as we do have full electrical hookups for each site

FIRE should only be done in a self-contained steel firepit/camp stove. Guests can use their own if they have one, or they can be rented on a per night basis from the clubhouse. FIRE USE MAY BE LIMITED BY CITY/COUNTY/STATE ORDINANCE AND GUESTS SHOULD CHECK WITH THE MANAGER OR CALL THE CLUBHOUSE NUMBER IF THEY ARE UNSURE IF WE ARE UNDER FIRE RESTRICTION. ANY USE OF FIRE WHILE UNDER FIRE RESTRICTION COULD BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL ACTION FROM PERTINENT AUTHORITIES AND POTENTIAL EVICTION FROM THE PARK AT THE PARKS DISCRETION.

GARBAGE Dumpsters are located on the grounds. We would ask you to leave your site as you found it and deposit all garbage in dumpsters. Smokers: Cigarette butts are regarded as garbage Please don’t throw them on the ground.

 SMOKING is allowed, but not in or within 25 ft of any buildings on the campground. If smoking in your campsite, we ask that you are respectful to your neighbors and strive to not let your smoke reach their area. To avoid possible fires, please extinguish properly and not on ground.

WIFI is available to all guests and is free of charge.

RESTROOMS/SHOWERS : These facilities are included in the accommodation charge, but please be respectful to other guests and limit shower time to reasonable lengths. Please no smoking in or around the clubhouse/restrooms and please no animals in the restrooms/shower facilities other than service animals.  The bathrooms will be available 24/7.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed within your own Campsite. Public Intoxication will not be tolerated as we are a family campground and violators may face eviction from the park. 

LOST AND FOUND Please return all found items to office. 

PETS They are welcome in the park providing they are always on leashes (unless in the designated dog park) and cleaned up after. Please do not leave your pets unattended. Up to two pets are included in the base price of your campsite. Additional pets over two are $3.00 per night and there is a maximum of 4 pets per campsite.

PICNIC TABLES are provided at each site. If you combine tables, it is your responsibility to move the picnic tables back to their respective campsites when checking out at the end of your stay.

DAILY GUESTS must register at office and must vacate campground by 10 pm (Please refer to map for Visitor Parking) 

LAUNDRY will be available 24/7, items left in the Washer and or Dryer for more than 2 hours will be removed.  Please be courteous and keep the counter clear for other guests.

EXTENDED STAYS made for 30 or more days require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

FIREWORKS are not allowed inside the park.

FIREARMS are allowed in the park, but use inside the park is prohibited.  Please do not leave firearms unattended in your campsite.

SPEED LIMIT Speed Limit is 5mph WATCH FOR CHILDREN!!! 

TENTS are allowed on your camping site.
