Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 5 days prior to your arrival date will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 6 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.  
Firewood orders will be refunded with prior notice of cancellation. No refunds without prior notice of cancellation.
Cancellations can be done online however if you need more info on your cancellation please Email herbstercamp@gmail.com for your cancellation, refund or date change. Do not call.
No refunds for early departures.

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
