Soft Opening - Guidelines and Rules  

Heritage Oaks RV Resort       

Campground: While we are still in the expanding and development stages of Heritage Oaks RV Resort, we kindly ask that guests understand any noise and construction that may arise from expansion may be present. Updates to rules and policies are subject to be changed. 

**Amenities are under construction and not able to be used at this time**

**All PULL THROUGH sites (Sites 20-29 & 67-75) MUST have landing gear, No exceptions) 

Payment: Payment is due at the time of making your reservation. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Taxes and electricity will be added to your monthly bill.  

Locked In Pricing: The length of the locked in price is only available for a limited time. Locked in prices are for monthly stays that are consecutive to each other.   This locked in fee is active until December 31, 2025.  

Registration: We ask that all guests check in and receive a copy of the Heritage Oaks RV Resort Policies and Rules. RV sites can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests per site. If a guest has visitors, the camper who is registered to the site must notify Heritage Oaks RV Resorts (a fee may apply)  

Parking: We allow parking of 1 (one) vehicle at each campsite. Extra vehicles should be parked in the proper areas.  

Speed Limit: The resort speed limit is 10mph. Do not drive through other campground sites or restricted areas.  

Age Requirement: RV sites must be reserved and checked in by a person aged 21 or older. This adult will be responsible for the actions of their guest during their stay. This includes visitors visiting your site.  

Campsites: Each site accommodates only 1(one) camping unit per site. Sites must remain clean and uncluttered. Clotheslines are not permitted. Excessive plants are not permitted. Grills should not be left unattended and must be fully extinguished when done. No permanent fencing, structures, shed, or permanent decorations are allowed.   

RVs: No RV units over 15 years old is allowed. 

Firepits: All campfires must be above the ground. Firepits must remain on the concrete and leave no residue. A cleaning fee of $35 will be applied if Heritage Oaks RV Resort has to clean up.  

Trash Service: Please throw all trash away in the designated dumpster.  

Golf Carts: Upon check-in golf carts must be registered with the front office and provide proof of liability insurance covering the operation of the golf cart, guests must sign a waiver of liability.  Golf carts are only allowed to be driven by a guest with a valid driver's license.  

Music: While making memories sometimes includes music, we ask that you keep it within your site.   

Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are between 10pm-7am, except during Heritage Oaks special events. Excessive noise and profane language are not tolerated and can be a cause for eviction from Heritage Oaks RV Resort.  

Children: Heritage Oaks RV Resort is a family/kid friendly RV Resort. While we like to see children playing, riding bikes, running, and making memories camping we do ask that children are accompanied by an adult at all times. Especially around moving vehicles. *We kindly ask that all children are back at their campsite by 10pm, unless Heritage Oaks RV Resort is having an event.  

Animals: Heritage Oaks RV Resort allows 2 dogs per site! We do not allow any breeds that are over 30 pounds. We do not allow any aggressive dogs (such as - Pit Bulls, Rottweiler) Guest are responsible for their pet's behavior as well as responsible to clean up after their dog. Dogs are allowed to be walked through the park, only if the dog is on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times. Dog may run around the Dog park while owner is present. Please do not leave your animals unattended. Pets are not allowed to be in any Heritage Oaks RV Resort buildings, unless the animal is a service animal. *A $25 fee will be added if Heritage Oaks must clean up after your pet.  

Conduct of Guest: Obnoxious behavior including any fighting, violence, or threating actions may result in removal from Heritage Oaks RV Resort. At our discretion Police may be called.  

Alcohol/Smoking: Drunk and disorderly conduct is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service if anyone is deemed intoxicated or causing a scene, eviction and/or calling the police is at our discretion. Smoking is not permitted in any Heritage Oaks RV Resort building. Smoking is allowed at designated areas around the Resort. We ask that you dispose of any cigarettes in proper disposable containers provided around the Resort designated smoking areas. 

Electricity: Guest hereby agrees that any tampering, engineering, or by-passing electric meters and or seals will be subject to a $100.00 charge on the guest's account. At the discretion of Heritage Oaks RV Resort criminal charges along with eviction may apply. Monthly and Weekly guests will be billed a separate fee of $0.18 per kilowatt used.  

*Heritage Oaks RV Resort has the right to terminate a stay at our discretion.  

* A late fee of $100 will be applied if payment is not collected by the 5th of the month.  

*Card on file will be charged for any issues, such as pet clean up fee, sight clean up fee, fire pit clean up fee and late fee.
