Terms & Conditions

All sites have a 2-night minimum on Weekends (Friday & Saturday) from May 1st, 2023 - October 10th, 2023. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, depending on availability & site type - please contact us directly at 315.891.7355 to inquire. There is a 3-Night Minimum on all Holiday Weekends:Memorial Day: May 29th - Independence Day: July 4th – Labor Day: September 4th – Columbus Day: October 9th

Vehicles: Please follow signs and park only in designated areas. Vehicles are not permitted to drive or park in grassy areas. All vehicles on property must be registered at the Main Office.

Tents:Tents are permitted on “Tent Sites” only. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. If you would like to add a tent to an existing RV or Lodging reservation please call to inquire at 315.891.7355. Additional charges apply.

Vehicle Washing: Vehicle washing is not permitted on property except by authorized vendors.

Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Be respectful of your neighbors. Loud and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders will forfeit their charges and will be required to leave the Resort.

Campfires: New York State Law: No wood may be brought into any campground that is NOT within a 50-mile radius of that campground. You may purchase a bundle of wood at the KOA Office, or have it delivered to your site. Open fires are permitted in fire rings only - be sure your fire is out before retiring for the evening.

Speed Limit: The speed limit on the campground is 4mph. Drive slowly and carefully to keep our guest safe and minimize dust.

Visitors: If you are expecting visitors during your stay they must pay an entrance fee and register their vehicle at the Main Office.

Golf Carts: Golf cart rentals are available, reservations recommended. If you wish to bring your own golf cart please contact us directly to inquire. You must be 18 or older and provide a valid driver's license in order to operate any cart on the property.

Pool: The pool will be open daily from Memorial Day - Labor Day. There is no lifeguard on duty. All children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while swimming. There must be a minimum of one adult on the pool deck, and one in the pool at all times.
