Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hickory Hollow Campground.  In order to make your and your fellow camper's stay more enjoyable and safer, the following policies and guidelines apply:

• Check in is at 3pm, check out time is 12:00 Noon
• Obey posted speed limits - 5.5 MPH
• Park in designated locations only
• Build campfires only in the fire rings provided at each campsite.
• Be considerate of other campers and avoid walking or riding bikes and carts through the campsites of others
• Accompany young children to the playground
• Pets are welcome provided they are on leash, under control and attended to at all times and not disruptive to others
• Quiet time is 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.  Children under 18 must remain at their campsite during quiet time unless accompanied by an adult
• Bicycle helmets are required for all children 12 and under.  Bicycles are not permitted to be ridden after dark
• Washing of RV or other vehicles is not permitted
• Motor bikes are permitted to be ridden into and out of the campground only
• The use of firearms, fireworks or similar devices of any type is prohibited
• Cutting or burning of trees and other vegetation is not permitted
• Electric golf carts only are permitted and must be insured, driven by a licensed driver and registered at the office 

The undersigned hereby waive, release and forever discharge Huston Farms, LLC doing business as Hickory Hollow Campground, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps. We are here of our free will, and entirely at our own risk. We understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise by our own or others’ negligence or conditions on the Campground or related to travel to and from the Campground. Nonetheless, we assume all related risks, both known and unknown. Huston Farms, LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. I fully understand that this is a release of liability and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against Huston Farms, LLC for any personal injury or property damage whatsoever for negligence on the part of Huston Farms, LLC, its agents and employees. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence at the Campground.  We further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Huston Farms, LLC against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.
