Refund Policy

Refunds are given in emergencies only.  Weather is not an emergency. 

Refunds due to weather are only given when local authorities require an evacuation of the premises.

Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the reservation arrival date.  Holidays require two weeks notice of cancellation.  If cancellation is made within this timeframe, camper will receive a refund for their stay minus the first night charge and reservation fee.  If site is cancelled within one week of reservation, or within two weeks for holiday reservations, no refund will be given.
