Reservation Terms & Conditions

LOCK FEE: 

This fee must be paid to guarantee your specific spot. Our system will re-arrange the booking grid to open spots during congested times, and by not paying this fee you may be moved to another site that has equal amenities. If you do not want this to happen, please be sure to pay the lock fee.

At check-in you must come in to the front office to sign the rules and regulations, fill out any required paperwork, get your passes given with reservation), and come see our smiling faces! Failing to do so could result in a fee. Also deposits will be taken at the time of Check-in.

Pavilion and Event Center reservations will show over night, but these items are for day rental only.

  • Event Center: 8am - 10pm (must be completely vacated, guest have exited the park, with key returned, by 10pm)
  • Pavilions: 8am - 10pm (must be comletely vacated and guest have exited the park)

No check-ins after 10 PM (8PM off season) unless you have an RV and have a reservation, please call in advance if you know you will not be arriving by 10PM so we can leave your paperwork with Security. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Thank you for choosing Hidden Cove Park & Marina for your camping needs. Our goal is that your visit with us is both fun and safe! Please help us insure this goal by following these park rules: 

  • Must be 21 years old to camp overnight, or at least someone in your group staying overnight. 
  • Must be 25 years or older to reserve cabins, bunkhouses, or the conference center All pets MUST be on a leash, picked up after and accompanied by their owner at all times. 
  • Pets are not to be left tethered outside. 
  • Place all trash and pet manure in nearest trash dumpster. 
  • No working on or doing maintenance on any vehicles without Manager Written Approval 
  • NO WATER SLIDES, OR ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES CONSTANT WATER USAGE BY MAKING THIS RESERVATION YOU AGREE TO NOT CHARGE BACK YOUR CARD BY MAKING THIS RESERVATION YOU AGREE THE CREDIT CARD USER IS AWARE OF THIS CHARGE. 
  • AT TIME OF CHECK-IN WE TAKE ID'S OF THE PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION AND IT MUST MATCH THE RESERVATION AND CARD PICTURES MAY VARY FROM ACTUAL SPOT 
  • AMENITIES MAY VARY FROM SPOT TO SPOT 
  • AMENITIES MAY VARY FROM BASIC DESCRIPTION 
  • NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER OR ISSUES BEYOND OUR CONTROL No glass containers at park or on water 
  • Alcohol, while permitted, must be consumed responsibly and without public display 
  • NO SMOKING IN CABINS 
  • NO TENT CAMPING ON RV SITES
  • NO RV CAMPING ON TENT/SHELTER SITES
  • NO TRUNK TENT CAMPING ON RV SITES 
  • NO FIREWORKS
  • NO DUMPING OR THROWING ITEMS IN THE LAKE THAT DO NOT BELONG THERE
  • Hidden Cove Park does NOT allow blowup bounce houses or other items without prior approval and insurance provided.
  • On Busy weekends and to restrict overflow at sites, there may be limits imposed on # of guests and # of cars allowed per site.

To avoid late fees make sure you are out of your RV site and Tent site by 12PM, Shelter Cabins, Bunkhouses or Tiny House Cabins by 11AM , or call Front Office (972) 294-1443, to make arrangements if these are still available to rent another day. 

NUMBER OF PASSES 

  • Shelter = 1 pass (1 tent included, up to 3 max for additional $20) 
  • Tent = 1 pass (max 1 tent per site) 
  • RV = 2 passes (1 tent if accompanied by RV)
  • Pavilions = 4 passes (no tents)
  • Cabins = 2 passes (max 1 tent allowed)
  • Bunkhouse = 4 passes (no tents)
  • Conference Center = 10 passes (no tents)

CHECK IN / OUT TIMES: 

  • RV: Check in 3pm / Check out 12pm
  • Shelters: Check in 3pm / Check out 11am
  • Tent Camping: Check in 3pm / Check out 12pm
  • Tiny House Cabins: Check in 3pm / Check out 11am
  • Bunkhouses:  Check in 3pm / Check out 11am
  • Early Check in and Late Check out available upon request, if available, for an additional fee

PARKING:  

  • $20 per car Entry fee is required and MUST park in the "Blue" parking lots, unless you have your Hidden Cove Annual Sticker (per car) 
  • There is no parking permitted on the grass; vehicles must be able to pass on the road. 
  • There is an additional connection fee for charging Electric Vehicles at the site (cars, motorcycles, boats, etc)
    • Cars/Motorcycles: $15/night
    • Trucks: :$20/night
    • Boats: $50/night

QUIET HOURS: 

  • Are from 10PM-8AM, please keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb your neighbors during this time. 

PARK REMOVAL:  

  • Any failure to observe park rules can result in loss of daily/annual pass Should Police get called to your RV site or Shelter, you will be asked to leave the park. 

DEPOSITS: Each unit will have a varying deposit. These will be soft holds that will drop off after your reservation (after 5 days), if staying more than 5 days it will be a hard charge that will be refunded after your stay. The deposit will be used to cover any basic damages, additional cleaning, replacing missing items, etc. If these issues exceed the deposit amount, additional funds may be taken out. By signing these terms and conditions you are agreeing that we may save your profile and payment information for deposit purposes. 

Deposit Amounts: 

  • Bunkhouses: $450.00
  • Tiny House Cabins: $350
  • Shelter Cabins: $250
  • All Other Units: $75

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • Booking fees will not be refunded
  • Lock Fees will not be refunded

NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER. 

  • 30+ Days = full refund 
  • 14+ Days = 80% Refund or 100% Park Credit (must call for this)
  • 2+ Days = 100% Park Credit 
  • Less than 2 days = No Refunds, At managers discretion 
  • CONFERENCE CENTER CANCELLATION POLICY IS 14 DAYS PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY DATE FEES:  Deposit refund for Pavilions or Conference Center , Bunkhouses, Cabins is up to the Manager's Discretion. 
  • PET FEE: $50, any additional damages may result in larger fee, Failure to notify of pet will result in an additional $15 to cover extra cleaning fees

In the event of any damages or extensive cleaning, there will be no deposit refund For Cabins: Our cleaning crew is scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance, any changes that may effect their scheduled cleaning will incur a $50.00 fee. This will be assessed at the time of cancellation. 

ANNUAL PASSES: By signing this document you are agreeing that you have read the Terms and Services for Annual Passes that were presented to you at the time of purchase.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: 

When renting a shelter you MUST clean the area of all trash, sweep out the cabin, leave picnic tables where they belong, clean out the fire pit, and the bbq grill. When renting a RV site you MUST clean the area of all trash, leave the picnic tables where they belong, clean out the fire pit and the bbq grill or there will be an additional charge of $25.00 for each that is not cleaned once you check out. Trash bags must be taken to the dumpster or an additional $25.00 fee will be charged for your site. 

Illegally dumping on premise (or in unfinished/locked sewer connections) is liable up to a $250 fine. We do NOT tolerate illegal dumping on premise. 

Any units that require a key, will have a $50 replacement cost if the key is lost or not returned to the front office.

By signing this document you agree that no disputes will be made against your payments, and that you agree to the fees associated with your account, and any additional fees for extending or altering your stay, fees related to cleanup or pet fees, or penalty fees for disregarding the rules and regulations stated in this document. 

By making a reservation, the guest agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the facilities and amenities at Hidden Cove Park. Hidden Cove Park, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the stay, regardless of cause. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the supervision of any minors in their party at all times.
