Hidden Valley RV Park Terms & Conditions:

❖     Check in is at 2 PM and check out is 11 AM

❖     Observe our speed limit of 10 mph.

❖     Be aware of park hookups as well of other campers while backing into your RV space.

❖     Keep your site clean and orderly.

❖     Deposit garbage into the dumpster

❖     Be polite to other guests.

❖     Parents are responsible for their children.

❖     Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

❖     All pets must be leashed and accompanied by the owner.

❖     Pick up after your pets.

❖     Let us know of any conditions that require our attention.

❖     No peddling, soliciting or commercial enterprise will be allowed.

❖     No fighting or loud, obnoxious, drunken, threatening, or foul language, conduct, or acts shall be permitted.

❖     No illegal activity

❖     Please respect other campers by not walking through their site

❖     We assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss of property including theft, fire, flood, wind or any act of God

❖     RVs shall not be on a lot site more than one hundred eighty consecutive days. They may change to another lot site that is not adjacent to the current lot site.

❖     All RVS and vehicles required to tow a towable RV shall be fully licensed and ready for highway use.

❖     No tie-downs.

❖     Appliances shall not be permitted outside of an RV.

❖     No construction debris allowed in dumpsters.

❖     No outside debris allowed in the dumpsters.

❖     All vehicles must be fully licensed and ready for highway use.

❖     Any furnishings to be assembled with tools shall not be permitted outside of an RV.

❖     External storage sheds, outbuildings, racks, or shelves shall not be permitted outside of an RV.

❖     There shall be no additions built on to any recreational vehicle.

❖      Storage under an RV shall not be permitted.

❖     Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.

❖     Temporary tents (easy ups or similar assemblies) shall be allowed for weather coverage only but are not to be used for overnight lodging or storage.

❖     No construction materials shall be permitted outside of an RV.

❖     Tarps shall not be permitted to cover up an RV, items on picnic tables or covering up items on lot.

❖     No washing of a RV or motor vehicle.

❖     No upholstered furniture permitted outside an RV.

❖     No permanent fences allowed. Only portable fences shall be permitted for pets.

❖     No RV or vehicle repairs or maintenance shall be permitted on the premises.

❖     Connections to sewer or water shall not have leaks. No discharge of sewage or gray water on the ground.

❖     Skirting on RVs shall not be permitted except during the time period from October 1st thru March 31st. All skirting shall be removed during all other times of the year. Plastic sheeting, plywood, tarps or other makeshift skirting items which require tools to attach to RV shall not be permitted.

❖     Propane tanks 100lbs or more shall be strapped or cabled to auger style earth anchors.

❖     Rates are subject to change.

❖     We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises without cause.
