By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Hidden Valley RV Park for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hidden Valley RV Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Hidden Valley RV Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Hidden Valley RV Park reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. We do not have breed restrictions, but do not allow aggressive dogs of any breed. Management reserves the right to require you to remove the aggressive dog from the property. This is completely up to the discretion of park staff. Hidden Valley RV Park shall be held harmless and assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for animal bites or injury. You, as a pet owner, specifically agree to carry your own insurance and agree to indemnify Hidden Valley RV Park to cover any injury or damage, which may incur.

Hidden Valley RV Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 PROCESSING FEE

Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival date will receive a full refund less the processing fee. Deposits paid by cash, money order, or cashiers check will be refunded within 10 business days. Deposits paid by check will be refunded 30 days after process date.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival date will be charged for one night.

Resort Guidelines: 

We are a Family Campground. To make everyone's stay enjoyable, please adhere to the following policies:

Should be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

WRISTBANDS- are mandatory for the pools. You can pick these up at the office.

QUIET TIME - 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

MAX PERSONS PER SITE - 6 overnight guests

MUSIC / ELECTRONICS - In consideration of others please limit the volume within your own campsite and off at 11:00 PM. Also please turn down bright outside lights.

PETS (MAX 3 / SITE) -Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time. Make sure to visit our new dog park! Dogs must be vaccinated to enter the dog park and children must be with an adult.

Bikes, hoverboards, scooters, electric bikes and scooters are allowed under adult supervision but should not be ridden at night. Traffic signs must be followed. Gas powered minibikes, dirt bikes, four wheelers, side by sides are not allowed.

Generators are only allowed during power outages and must be approved by office.

PARKING- You are allowed two cars per site. Limited extra parking spaces available.

Fireworks, firearms, slingshots, bow & arrows, and other projectiles are prohibited.

5MPH is the enforced speed limit in the entire park. You must obey stop signs, one way signs, and all other traffic signs.
