Hideyhole RV Campground Rules, Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Hideyhole RV Campground. We look forward to having you as our guest.

Check in / Check out

·       Check in after 2:00 p.m. / Check out by 11:00 a.m.  Late check-out is available upon request depending on future occupancy of the site.  Late check-ins are allowed, please contact the park.

 NO SHOWERS  OR RESTROOMS AVAILABLE

WATER USAGE

·     FILL YOUR TANKS AND THEN UNHOOK FROM THE WATER SOURCE!

·       Washing of Vehicles, campers etc. is not permitted.

·       NO DUMPING of grey water on the ground.

RUGS AND MATS MUST BE LIFTED IN YOUR ABSENCE SO AS NOT TO KILL THE GRASS

 

EXTRAS

·       Site price is based on up to 5 people, one camping unit and one vehicle.  Additional persons and will be an additional $5 per person.

·       Extra tents, vehicles, trailers, etc. are $5.00 per day and must be parked in designated  area or an addition site rented if available. Car pass is required for parking.

·       Quiet Hours 10p.m. to 6a.m.

·       Please be respectful of other campers by not crossing on their site or by being excessively loud at any time.

• Please DO NOT walk or rest your pets on other camping sites.

SPEED LIMIT

·       SPEED LIMIT IN PARK AREA IS  10 MPH.  

CAMPFIRES

·       Campfires are not permitted except in community designated area due to fire dangers.  NEVER leave a fire unattended.  We will post if there is a fire ban. Children under 16 will be attended by and adult near the Fire Pit. 

·       Outdoor cooking is permitted on gas grills only.

·       Charcoal Grills, Tiki Torches are PROHIBITED.

·       FIREWORKS are PROHIBITED!

GARBAGE / WASTE

·       All trash must be placed in receptacles and not placed where wildlife can get into it.

·       Please keep your area clean and free of litter.

        Trash and litter left will incur a $50 charge.

 

 

PET POLICIES

·       Pets are welcome but they must be kept quiet, leashed and/or confined. They must be cleaned up after. They must not be left unattended. Pet owners will be held accountable for any damage or injuries.

·       Pet owners should have pet vaccinations records available.

·       Pets not cleaned up after will incur a $50 charge.

CHILDREN

·       Children are always welcome, but they must be supervised.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We will fully refund less $10 per day processing fee for cancellations made at lease 7 days prior to the reservation start date. For cancellations made within a 7 - 2 day period, we can offer a refund minus a $20 fee per day. For cancellations made 0 - 48 hr.s   there will NO REFUND. 
 

TERMS OF SERVICE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE

            I agree , and shall cause any children, invitees and guests to abide by the Hidyhole RV, LLC  Rules, terms and conditions published, posted or otherwise communicated in any manner by Hideyhole RV management.

            I further understand and agree that Hideyhole RV does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature.

            I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Hideyhole RV, a Wyoming LLC, it’s members, owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs of any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and or occupancy of the Hideyhole RV and/or facilities, and any dangers or hazards associated with acts of nature, or encounters with mother nature, rodents, pests, and animals or wildlife.

            The property is in a natural area where there are hazards and risks. There could be encounters with insects, pests, wildlife, etc.  All campers are solely responsible for any accidents that may occur while staying at Hideyhole RV.

            By paying your camping fees you agree to all the terms and conditions in this document and that Hideyhole RV are held harmless in any event of loss or damage of any kind whether natural or manmade. 

            I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation at the time of booking prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due , I agree that Hideyhole RV may charge any remaining balance (in addition to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation.
