In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.

General:

Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, their visitors and/or pets.
H2H is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle and/or camper is deemed to be unacceptable.
All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
You may need a 30 amp extension cord and water hose to connect depending on site booked.
All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles.
DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
Washing of campers, vehicles, etc., is not permitted.
Seasonal campers may wash their campers on the dates according to the seasonal contract.

Safety & Security:

No glass containers allowed.
The use of firearms, of any kind, is prohibited.
The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is prohibited.
Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.
Use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited (Without authorization by ownership).
Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is prohibited.
Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
Vandalism of any kind, by anyone in your group (regardless of age) will result in eviction.
H2H is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
Report any problems to the Main Office immediately.
We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Guests violating rules that results in eviction will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Guests assume full responsibility for any visitor to their site.
Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
Profanity or violence towards other guests or staff will result in immediate eviction.

Visitors & Site Information

Site rates are based on 6 people per site.
Only 2 vehicles per site is allowed.
One tent per site.
One RV per site.
One additional tent may be placed on the RV site for children under 18 for an additional $10.00/night.
Visitors are welcome at guest sites, but they must first register at the office.
Visitors must park in the designated "Visitor Parking" areas.
All visitors are required to leave by 11:00 PM.

Quiet Hours:

Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Friday & Saturday 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Any loud music, objectionable noise or unreasonable noise is prohibited at all times.
No golf carts after dark.
No bike riding after dark.
Please be courteous to other guests around you.

Pet Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests.
Pets must be kept on a leash and under control.
There is a two-pet limit per site. (*Owners with additional pets, must
No exotic or oversized pets are permitted.
All Pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.
Pets may not be left outside unattended.
Owners will be notified when excessive barking is occurring. Any dog that has continuous excessive barking will be required to leave the campground.
Guests are responsible to “CLEAN UP” after their pets.
Pets are prohibited in the playground, buildings and amenity areas unless designated as a Service Animal.
H2H is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
An off-leash park for small dogs up to 30 pounds is provided at the front of the campground.

Firewood

Transporting firewood into the park is prohibbited.
Firewood is available for purchase and can be delivered to your site upon request until 9 p.m.
Fire rings are provided and must be used.
Keep your fire contained inside the ring.
Do not leave fire unattended, no exceptions.

Facilities & Amenities:

The laundry room is open 24/7.
Change is available in the office, during standard business hours.
Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available for purchase in the camp store.
Please be respectful and do not leave your laundry sitting in the washer and/or dryer. *A washing machine cycle averages 30 minutes.
