CHECK IN is between 2pm and sunset. We do not allow check in after dark.

CHECK OUT is at 12pm. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled more than one week prior to the start of the reservation will be issued a full refund minus the booking fee. Reservations cancelled one day to one week prior to the start of the reservation will receive a 50% refund minus the booking fee. Reservations cancelled within one day of the start of the reservation will not receive a refund. 

QUIET HOURS are from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors. 

DISRUPTIVE NOISE: Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated. 

MAX OCCUPANCY: The number of persons occupying the recreational vehicle shall not exceed five (5) people. A penalty of $100.00 per person will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated. Additionally, the appropriate fee for the number of additional persons will be charged and computed from the Effective Date of your site rental agreement. 

MAIL: This is a campground, and therefore, the address cannot be used to receive mail or as a physical address for any type of residency requirements for schools, driver’s licenses, etc. There are businesses in the area that can provide mailboxes with physical addresses if needed.

TIDINESS: The RV site must be kept neat, clean and free from litter and debris. The only items to be outside your RV are a reasonable amount of outdoor furniture in good condition, and a BBQ. Do not make any changes to your site or add any additional items without written approval from management. 

CAMPFIRES in grills and designated spots only. Campfires must be attended at all times and put out completely when finished. Campfires are prohibited on windy days. 

CUTTING VEGETATION is prohibited unless previously agreed upon with owner.

WEAPONS: The display, discharge, or possession of any weapon that may alarm others is prohibited. 

VIOLENCE or the threat of violence will not be tolerated. 

NO SMOKING in common areas. 

DRUGS: The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia anywhere on the Property is prohibited. 

THE OPERATION OF A BUSINESS on the Property is prohibited. 

THE STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS anywhere on the Property is prohibited. 

SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH. 

PARKING: No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces. 

NO VEHICLE REPAIRS will be permitted on the Property. 

DO NOT WASH CAMPERS or vehicles on premises unless permission is granted by the office. 

CLEANLINESS: Please be respectful of restrooms, laundry and common areas and report any problems immediately. 

CLOTHESLINES are prohibited after 2 PM daily. 

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OPERATIONAL, registered and licensed at all times, and must be able to be moved with 24 hours’ notice. 

PET/EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Approval from management is required, and vaccinations must be current. A leash and bag must be used when walking, and clean-up is your responsibility. Animals must always be accompanied by owner when outside. Tying and tethering is not permitted. Animals are not allowed in bathrooms or laundry room. No washing of animal blankets or beds in our laundry facilities. Maximum 3 animals for daily and weekly guests. Maximum 2 for monthly and cabin guests.

INDEMNITY, USER HEREBY INDEMNIFIES, RELEASES, AND AGREES TO PROTECT AND HOLD HARMLESS HILL COUNTRY LAKES RV CAMPGROUND AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “INDEMNIFIED PARTIES,”) FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, DAMAGES, INJURY, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND/OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, USER OR USER’S FAMILY, GUESTS, AND/OR INVITEE’S USE OR OCCUPANCY OF ANY RV SITE OR ANY PORTION OF THE CAMPGROUND, AND/OR ANY CONDITION THEREON, WITHOUT LIMIT AND INCLUDING AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSS, DAMAGES, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND/OR LIABILITY WAS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to the indemnity clause and to follow all park rules and will vacate the premises at the request of management if the rules and regulations are violated, without a refund of any prepaid fees.
