Refund Policy

Payments for daily or weekly reservations will be refunded in full, less a $25 cancellation fee, provided the customer gives more than 48-hour notice of cancellation.

Refunds are not issued for cancellations outside of the cancellation date range.  No refunds are issued for early departure, except in the event of a government mandated evacuation due to inclement weather.  No refunds will be issued for holiday cancellations.
