Campground Policies:

Arrival: 2pm

Departure: Noon

Early Arrival/Late Departure may be available. Check with office for details. **Fee may apply**

Speed Limit: 5mph: Strictly Enforced

Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am

Campsite Rules:

·      Absolutely no parking on grass

·      Fire Rings may NOT be moved

·      Sites may NOT be switched by guest without permission from Campground manager

·      Absolutely NO FLAGS, SIGNS, BANNERS, etc. shall be displayed at any site without express written consent of the campground manager. (Exception: American Flag, Military Service, and First Responder Flags may be flown. Flags should be flown in a manner to not touch the ground.) No political messaging allowed. Items may be removed at anytime at campground discretion.

·      Trash shall be in a tied and sealed bag, placed at the end of each site. Pick-up will be between 10am-11am each day. No trash shall be left out overnight.

·      All sewer, water, and electric connections shall be terminated/disconnected and closed prior to departure. Back flow preventer/check valve Must be used inline to rv. . Electric Breakers hall be placed in the off position.

·      Only ONE RV/Camper, and ONE tent per site. NO EXCEPTIONS.

·      Maximum of 6 persons may occupy a site during hours of 10pm-8am

Additional Policies:

·      Golf Carts: Gas and Electric carts Permitted. Prior registration and proof of insurance required. Only licensed drivers may operate a cart.

·      One car per site. Additional vehicles may be allowed at specified parking areas

·      No RV washing allowed, Front window cleaning permitted only.

·      Carts only driven in designated areas.

·      Firewood may only be purchased on site, or from within a 30 mile radius. Only firewood may be burned- paper, cardboard, construction wood, etc is not permitted.

·      ABSOLUTELY NO FUEL IS ALLOWED TO BE USED IN THE FIRE PITS!!!

·      All fires must be attended at all times.

Pet Policies:

·      All pets must be on a leash, unless in a free run area

·      No more than 2 pets per campsite

·      All pets must have proof of rabies vaccination

·      All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of,if found left at site there will be an added charge.

·      No pet may be left unattended at anytime

·      Aggressive behavior or excessive barking may result in pet being asked to leave

Booking, Cancellation and Changes:

·      Specific sites may be booked in advance with Site Lock. Sites not booked with Site Lock are NOT guaranteed.

·      Reservations Cancelled

o   30 days or more prior to arrival: No Fee

o   10 - 29 days prior to arrival: $30 fee

o   3 - 9 days prior to arrival: 50% of charge

o   0 – 2 days prior to arrival: 100% of charge

·      Reservations modified:

o   15 days or more prior to arrival: No Fee

o   3 - 14 days prior to arrival: $30 change fee

o   0 – 2 days prior to arrival: No Changes may be made
