Cancellation Policy

HISTORIC HOPE CAMPGROUND CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Reservations cancelled 8+ days in advance are eligible for a 100% refund less the booking fee.

• Reservations cancelled 2-7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund less the booking fee.

• Reservations cancelled 0-1 days in advance are not eligible for refunds.

• Refunds will not be provided for late arrival or early departure. 

• Refunds will not be provided for loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances deemed by management to be beyond our control.

• Once cancelled we cannot guarantee that you will be able to subsequently make another reservation for the same dates or price.

• Management reserves the right to cancel or amend reservations at any time for any reason.
