HOG WALLER RULES & POLICIES
Pretty much all our rules are driven by insurance requirements and the laws of the State of Florida. If you don't like it, take it up with them, but since we want to stay open, we will be enforcing them. Thanks in advance.
•ALL DATES AND ALL HOUR’S RIDING WEEKENDS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, EVEN UP TO THE LAST MINUTE!
Check In/Check Out:
Check in is at 1pm, Check out is at 12pm. Early check is permitted with prior approval. We have a waiting area for those checking in early.
•You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
•Fires must be in contained firepits or designated fire rings and must not be left unattended.
•Please do not park your vehicle or trailer in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in in additional charges.
•No washing of ATV/UTV at RV site. Washing is permitted in designated wash areas.
•You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over the 50 amps provided can trip your breaker. Please notify the office of any electrical issues during your stay.
•Restrooms are open 24/7 except for temporary closing for cleaning. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please.
•Quiet time in common area/camping areas are 10:00pm (no amplified sound, exhaust, or music) No exceptions.
•The only ATV/UTV traffic after 10:00pm, at idle speed, will be coming/going to the 1000 Acre Woods or to the bathhouse including family camping area
•No mud truck traffic after 9:00pm around the camping and pit area
•As a reminder, Florida State Statute 316.192 (Driving under the influence) is enforceable “anywhere in the State”. This includes private property and not just on a public roadway/highway. Law enforcement can and will enforce State laws as applicable.
•All ATV/UTV must remain on established trails. Riding by any vehicle is strictly prohibited with the jurisdictional wetlands/lake bottoms.
•No glass containers. It is a safety issue. Do Not Burn Trash in your campfire.
•No underage drinking. We have law enforcement that go around specifically looking for this.
•No Dirt Bikes, or 3 Wheelers per insurance requirements
• Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied at the event by an adult and wear a helmet while riding ATVs per insurance requirements.
• All golf carts or related type buggies will be considered ATV's and must stay in the designated area and follow all helmet & safety flag rules.
•Small to medium size pets are permitted but must remain the camping area only. Service animals are permitted in all areas with proper identification.
•No weapons of any kind.
•No fighting. Police yourselves as needed and inform law enforcement or staff of any unruly behavior. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property. Additionally, this behavior could result in the arrest of those involved by law enforcement.
•No reckless driving! A violation of this rule could result in immediate removal from the park and a citation by law enforcement.
•No dumping of hazardous material (oil or gas). We have a designated dump container-see front gate for directions.
•No littering. Please help us keep our park clean, there are trash cans everywhere! Don't be lazy!
• No one will be allowed to ride on the outside of any vehicle at any time. Children will be allowed to participate ONLY after the parent or guardian signs a release of liability form. The management has the right to deem any child to be too young or unsafe and will not be allowed to participate.
•The management has the right to refuse entry to anyone and has the right to remove any unruly participant.
•If any applicable State laws are broken, law enforcement are on site and will issue citations as needed with the possibility of arrest if deemed appropriate.
•Open pit is not guaranteed for certain race events! We will try our best to accommodate. Check our Facebook at the time of event for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Non-All Hours Weekends
To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 386-643-8042 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations made after these deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV Sites and Cabins: 48 hours before your scheduled arrival cancellation notice is required.
All Hours Weekends
To guarantee your campsite, full payment will be charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 386-643-8042 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations made after these deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV Sites and Cabins: 1 Week before your scheduled arrival cancellation notice is required.
