Cancellation Policy

To provide fair and consistent service to all guests, Holiday Mountain Resort maintains the following cancellation policy for RV site reservations during holiday and high-demand event periods:

Applicable Holidays and Events:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Bean Fest Weekend, and other designated peak weekends.

Cancellation Schedule:

• 14 or more days prior to arrival: Eligible for a full refund, less a $10 administrative fee.

• 7 to 13 days prior to arrival: Eligible for a 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund will be issued.

• No-shows or early departures: No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Reservation Modifications:
Reservation modifications are permitted at any time, subject to availability. During holiday periods, standard holiday cancellation terms apply.

Non-Holiday Cancellations:

For non-holiday reservations, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee.
