Refund Policy

Holiday Mountain Resort, Mountain View, Arkansas

Full (100%) refund will be processed should a reservation be canceled forty-eight (48) hours or more prior to check-in day and time.

The following fees will be assessed if you cancel your camping reservation within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival day and time:

  1. Nonrefundable reservation fee. (paid at the time a reservation is booked)
  2. Cabin or campspot per night fee(s) in full plus tax.

Reservations are held until 8 a.m. one day after the scheduled arrival date. Failure to check in within this timeframe will result in a “no-show” status and will incur the cancellation fees referenced above.
