This property is privately owned. The guest accepts Resort privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release Holiday Mountain Resort LLC, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its resort facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Resort, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered guest arising out of use of its resort facilities.

I have read and agree to comply with all the Resort rules and regulations posted in the office and/or on the grounds. Please note you are liable for all damages to property/grounds. ALL ROOMS AND CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING. An additional $150.00 fee will be applied if the room is smoked in.

Reservation Modifications and Standard Cancellation Policy (Non-Holiday):
Reservations may be modified at any time, subject to availability. Cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the expected arrival date are eligible for a full (100%) refund.

Holiday and Peak Event Cancellation Policy:
Applies to Memorial Day, 4th of july, Independence Day, Labor Day, Bean Fest Weekend, folk fest and other designated peak weekends.

Cancellation Schedule:

• 14 or more days prior to arrival: Eligible for a full refund, less a $10 administrative fee

• 7 to 13 days prior to arrival: Eligible for a 50% refund

• Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund will be issued

• No-shows or early departures: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
