Roots RV Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note, there is a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit that is included in the total fee; the reservation charge is also non-refundable. If a camper needs to cancel their reservation, please aim to do so with a minimum of 14 days notice.

14 Days + Notice

For a cancellation with a minimum 14 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 75% refund minus the set reservation fee. 

4-13 Days Notice

For a cancellation with less than 14 days notice prior to your arrival date, 50% refund minus the set reservation fee. 

<4 Days Notice

For cancellations with less than 4 days' notice prior to your arrival date, there will be no refund.

**NOTE: Bookings made on Seasonal Sites**

Our parks are primarily seasonal, however we try to accommodate for our transient guests as much as possible. If you are booking on a site that is not also used for seasonal guests, you are able to “lock-in” your site for an additional fee to avoid being moved. This option unfortunately is not possible for our seasonal sites. 

If the park needs to cancel your reservation, you will get a minimum of 14 days notice and you will receive a refund of 100% plus the set reservation fee. 

The only time this may occur, is if your reservation is on a Seasonal site and that site gets booked for a seasonal guest for the remainder of the season. We will try to first move your reservation to a different site, or as a last resort may need to cancel your reservation.

Seasonal or Extended Seasonal Site bookings (6-month, 9-month, 11-month bookings)
