Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 

Cancellations initiated by the park will result in a full refund to the guest. Guest Cancellation Policy: 

● The cancellation request is seven (7) days before the move-in date, there will be a full refund excluding the processing fee and a cancellation fee of $5.00 ● The cancellation request is less than seven (7) days before the move-in date, there will be NO refund. 

● The cancellation request is during the reservation, there will be NO refund. (this applies to less than 30 days stays only)
