Welcome to our hive!

RV SITES: Back-in and hook up. Each of our 12 RV sites have both 30 and 50 AMP hookups. We are stewards of the earth. DON"T WASTE WATER OR ELECTRICITY. If your car does not fit on the pad with your RV, please park it in the parking lot. You may reserve an available RV pad if you want your vehicle to be closer to you. Each site includes one vehicle. Additional vehicles are an additional charge.

TENT SITES: Pitch your tent in soft sweet grass. Enjoy a picnic table, fire ring, and full access to toilet and shower house. Park in parking lot to maintain a natural, open atmosphere at our sweet campground. Leave the camp cleaner than you found it so that campers who follow don't get stuck in a mess.

BUNK HOUSE SITES: Each of these affordable 10x12 foot cabins have 2 sets of bunk beds, which comfortably sleeps 4 adult campers. There is one window, 3 electrical outlets, overhead lighting, A/C, and a locking door. These cozy bunk houses are great for campers who want a mattress off the floor and shelter from possible wind or rain. Guests enjoy an outdoor picnic table under the shade of nearby trees, open views of the pasture, and a fire pit for cooking or sitting around the camp fire. Full access to a clean toilet and hot shower is just a few steps away in our sweet bathroom. There is no kitchenette nor bathroom in the cabins. Bring your own bedding. We have bedding (flat and fitted sheet, pillow case, pillow, and blanket) to rent if you don't have your own bedding.

For those who are staying in a bunkhouse, Kristin will text you the code to your key box after you check-in. Full access to a clean toilet and hot shower is just a few steps away in our sweet bathroom. Before checkout, please sweep out your room and return the key to the key box and lock it securely. If another camper is NOT expected at your site (call 480-201-9626), you may extend to 6 PM for $10. Turn off your A/C or heater when you are not in the bunkhouse. When you checkout, sweep the floor, take your trash and return the key to the key box and lock it securely.

PETS ARE ALLOWED: Two pets are allowed per camp site. There is a small charge per additional pet per night, if you have more than two. Please keep the pets on leash and supervised. Only trained pets are allowed in the cabins and must be supervised. Pets are not allowed in the cabins or at the campground unaccompanied. Please clean up after your pet.

Damage to property will be billed to the responsible campers.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 3 days prior to noon of the first day of the reservation. If a guest cancels less than 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.

OCCUPANCY: Max 8 people. The site fee includes up to 6 people. Each additional person costs an additional amount per night.

VEHICLES:
 Vehicles are to be parked in the parking lot. Campers can unload from the road near their cabin/tent. Please don’t drive on the grass. One vehicle is included in each site fee. There is a small charge for each additional car parked in the lot.

RESTROOMS: Though there is plenty of hot water, please limit each shower to 5 minutes so that water is not wasted and other campers can have a turn.

WASHING DISHES: An outdoor kitchen sink is provided with hot and cold water for washing dishes. Please do not wash dishes at the water hydrants, to avoid unwelcome critters.

FIREWOOD AVAILABLE: $8 per bundle. FIRE: Each site has a fire ring. Enjoy fire use with caution and respect. Please do not leave garbage in the pit when you check out. We also have a group fire ring for group use. This is where we have occasional star gazing and sing-a-long events. IF you are interested in either of these activities, speak to our camp hosts.

PICNIC TABLES: Each RV, cabin, and tent site has a picnic table. If you move your table for your convenience, please put it back where you found it before you check out.

GARBAGE: We actively recycle, near the outdoor sink. Deposit your bagged trash in the red dumpster. The trash bin is emptied on Wednesdays.

PLAYGROUND: A short walk southwest is the play ground. It is in the Jameson Village Park south of the campground at 5th street and Main. Please be respectful of village residents by picking up after your pets, not causing damage, leaving the park clean, and observing quiet hours after 10 PM.

QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM

FEES: Pets are not allowed in the bunkhouses unaccompanied. Damage to property will be billed directly to the responsible campers. $25 Damage fee. $25 cleaning fee for excessive dirt. $100 will be charged to guests who smoke in the bunkhouse or restroom. $25 Lost key fee.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in noon. Check out time is 11:00 AM (central) Pack out your own trash and leave site clean. Check-out time can be extended for a $10 fee if no other camper is waiting for your space. Call Kristin at (480)201-9626 to check availablity.

FREEZING WEATHER:

During freezing weather unhook and drain your fresh water hoses. Utilize your potable water holding tank as necessary. No Electric Heaters.

Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has disregard to the rules without a refund. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees as we deem necessary.

Campground etiquette be mindful of the other guests. Arrive early enough to set up before others are enjoying quiet time. If your music or TV can be heard next-door, it’s too loud. Keep your hoses and cables close to your RV and prevent trip hazards. Extra coils can be placed under your RV. Respect your neighbors, space, set up your extras on your side of the RV. Do not waste water or electricity. Pick up behind your pet and don’t litter the campground. Be mindful of your vocabulary, even when backing in. Leave the restroom, ready for the next guest, if you find a problem, notify the staff. Be friendly!
