Horseshoe RV Park General Rules, Policies, and Terms
Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Guests must vacate their site by the designated check-out time or arrange for a late check-out with the front desk, if available.
Horseshoe RV Park Cancellation Policy
Short-Term Stays (Daily or Weekly Reservations):

30 Days or More Before Reservation Start Date: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date will not incur any cancellation fee.

14-29 Days Before Reservation Start Date: Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the reservation start date will receive a 50% refund.

7-13 Days Before Reservation Start Date: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the reservation start date will receive a 25% refund.

Less Than 7 Days Before Reservation Start Date: No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the reservation start date.
Long-Term Stays (Monthly Reservations):

30 Days or More Before Reservation Start Date: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date will not incur any cancellation fee.

15-29 Days Before Reservation Start Date: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the reservation start date will receive a 25% refund.

Less Than 15 Days Before Reservation Start Date: No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 15 days in advance of the reservation start date.
Natural Disasters and Mandatory Evacuations: The cancellation policy will be amended in the event a natural disaster (e.g., blizzard, hurricane, or tropical storm watch/warning) is issued for the Horseshoe RV Park area or the guest's residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date, or if there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the park will be closed.

Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be courteous to other guests. Loud music, objectionable noise, profanity, or violence towards other guests or park staff will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Speed Limit:
- The speed limit within the park is 5 mph and is strictly enforced. Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the park.
Pet Policy:
- Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. There is a three-pet limit. Exotic or oversized pets, including reptiles and large birds, are not permitted. Pets may not be left outside unattended, and owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are prohibited in park buildings and amenity areas. Service animals are exempt from these restrictions.
RV Condition:
- All RVs, motorhomes, and travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance. RVs over 10 years old require prior approval before finalizing a reservation.
Personal Property:
- Sites must be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. No excessive personal property should be left outside the RV, with the exception of one lawn chair per person. Clotheslines are not allowed, and no items may be hung from trees.
Site Cleanliness & Clean-Up Fee:
- Guests are expected to keep their site tidy during their stay and leave the area clean upon checkout. If a site is left in poor condition or requires staff cleanup, a $50 clean-up fee will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Guests are also responsible for any damage to park property caused by themselves, their visitors, or their pets. Horseshoe RV Park reserves the right to assess and charge a discretionary fee to cover the cost of repairs or replacement for any damaged property.
Vehicle and RV Maintenance:
- Maintenance on RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is prohibited. Water and sewage hoses must be properly connected, without any leaks.
Parking and Vehicles:
- Only one RV and a maximum of two other vehicles are allowed per site unless otherwise stated. No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway, and all vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only. Overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, or utility trailers is not allowed in the marina area.
Visitors:
- Visitors are welcome at guest sites between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM but must first register at the office. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight and must leave by 10:00 PM.
Firearms and Fireworks:
- Firearms, fireworks, and other hazardous activities, such as archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns, are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Tents:
- Tents are not permitted on the premises.
Swimming:
- Swimming is prohibited within the park grounds.
Household Trash:
- Only household trash can be disposed of in the dumpsters. Do not leave trash or trash bags outside of RVs overnight.
Evictions:
- Horseshoe RV Park reserves the right to evict any guest who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior, or who fails to comply with the park's rules and policies. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive noise, vandalism, damage to park property, or inappropriate conduct towards other guests or staff. Evictions will be enforced immediately, and no refunds will be provided.
Squatting Enforcement:
- Squatting, or occupying a site or space without proper payment and registration, is strictly prohibited. Any individuals found squatting will be removed from the premises immediately, and legal action may be pursued if necessary. Horseshoe RV Park reserves the right to take appropriate measures to prevent and address squatting, including the involvement of law enforcement.
Payment Obligations:
- Guests are responsible for paying all fees associated with their stay, including any applicable late fees, in full and on time. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in eviction and/or legal action.
Liability Disclaimer:
- Horseshoe RV Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. Tenants and guests assume all risks associated with their stay and agree to hold Horseshoe RV Park harmless from any damages.
No Long-Term Tenancy Rights:
- Staying at Horseshoe RV Park does not grant guests any long-term tenancy rights. The park is intended for short-term recreational stays only. Extended stays are subject to the same rules and conditions as short-term stays, and no guest may claim residency or long-term occupancy rights.
