Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, contact us during office hours at (615) 585-1315 or by email at Support@HudsonHideawayRV.com. Cancellations by email are not valid without a return email confirming the cancellation.   

Reservations can be cancelled until 14 days before check-in time to receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds for no-shows or reservations cancelled less than 13 days before check-in.
