Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

It is our intent to provide a consistent and fair method for all cancellation requests.  When you make a reservation, we are holding a site for you.  Please understand that when you can't keep your reservation due to an urgent or non-urgent situation, we are stuck with an empty site that someone else could have enjoyed. 

• At any point up until 5 days preceding your reservation your cancellation will be processed and we will refund you fully minus a $30 cancellation fee.

• If your cancellation is within 5 days (or less) no refund will be given.

Force of Nature: Hungry Horse Family Campground Campground will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Hungry Horse Family Campground. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, pandemics, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, fire, and explosions.
