By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Meredith RV LLC, dba Hunter's Run RV Park for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hunter's Run RV Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Hunter's Run RV Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Modern America RV Resorts reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets.

Motorcycles: MOTORCYLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE LAKESIDE CAMPGROUND (formerly Clearwater Campground). They can be parked in the parking lot before entering the dirt road. 

Check in is at 1:00 PM for CAMPSITES and 3:00PM for CABINS

Check Out is at 11:00 AM

Please dispose of your trash and recycling prior to your departure at our dumpsters located on your way out of the campground before the gate. 

Please remember that 10 MPH is expected in our campground 

There has been a policy change regarding payments. We now require payments to be made in full when booking your reservation. That includes any new reservation whether it be for another date this year or if you are rebooking your site for the following year. (This does not apply to Seasonal Guests)

Tent and RV Sites - 1:00 p.m.
