Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we are happy to provide a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellations more than 30 days in advance of arrival will receive a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees).
Cancellations between 14 and 30 days in advance of arrival will receive a 50% refund (minus any credit card processing fees).
Cancellations less than 14 nights before arrival will result in forfeiture of your entire payment.
Any refunds owed will be refunded to the credit card on file.

Please note that no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
