Check-in time is 12:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:am.   Campers must read and follow the ordinance governing the use of Hurdland South Sever Lake and Baring North Sever Lake which can be found here. Sever Lake Ordinance The person signing for the Camping Permit must be present at the campsite for the duration of stay.  Person signing for the permit must acknowledge that they have read and understand the rules and statutes.  Any violation of the ordinances, rules or statutes by any individuals will require immediate removal and or criminal prosecution.  The County of Knox is not responsible for any Accidents.  There is to be no hunting in the designated camping areas or within 150 ft of camping area. (designated areas are the lettered shelters and the mowed areas around the shelters)  Please remove your trash from the shelter and take it to the dumpster when leaving.  The Lake area is patroled by the Knox County Sheriff's office.
